Ich finde das Spiel ja so schlecht, schlecht.

Es kann zwar nix schaden da mitzumachen, obwohl ich allgemein wenig Hoffnung habe, das dies geändert wird. Das bekannte Probleme nur dürftig behoben werden, ist ja eine hinreichend bekannte Vorgehensweise bei EA. Mal sehn, was sie diesmal draus machen, da sollte es eigentlich keiner Petition bedürfen.... :rolleyes:

nen patch wär fürs erste schonmal recht nett, hoffe der kommt auch diesen monat jetzt.

Hi guys,

It’s been a couple of weeks since I sent out an update on the team, and I want to make sure you’re up to date on all the happenings that have been going on with The Battle for Middle-earth.

First of all, we’re putting the finishing touches on patch 1.01. This is a real meaty patch that includes some 50 tweaks, updates, and fixes of varying size and visibility. Probably the biggest feature of the patch is the addition of an online communicator. As in Generals and Zero Hour, it will let you add other users to a “friend list” that you can use to keep track of and chat with friends anytime they are logged into The Battle for Middle-earth online. Other features of the patch include a handful of technical fixes for the game itself as well as for World Builder; all known exploits addressed; balance changes; and three new multiplayer and skirmish maps. We’re targeting the release of the patch for this month, and should have a firm launch date later on this week.

Secondly, we’re going to be resetting the 1v1 and 2v2 ladders a few days after the release of 1.01, and we’ll be working with GameSpy to start kicking and banning any users with a high number of disconnect-to-win ratios. To be clear, we will not tolerate any users who purposefully disconnect to avoid a loss, and we will take steps to punish them on the ladders.

Das sind ja mal übels gute Nachrichten ! Da ist der minuspunkt durch den Cummunicator ja schon wieder wech.

Uiuiuui die ladder wird resettet ......dann wird es wohl doch noch gröbere bugs gegeben haben ! siehe der, dem auf einmal sein Geld auf 9000 anstieg !

Aber weiter so EA !!!

naja, speziell das disconnecten is wohl auch ausschlaggebend für den reset, is absolut richtig so. :thx:

was mir grade so auffaellt: anscheinend faengt ea an, wenigstens mal ein bisschen zu bannen... auf der letzten seite der 1v1 ladder, momentan auf platz 46666 und 46667 sind leute, die da eigentlich nicht hingehoehren :D

Warum nicht dahin gehören ? Wer dissconnectet gehört auf jeden FAll dahin !
Aber werde ich auch mal beobachten. Eine ofizielle Stellungnahme seitens EA habe ich leider noch nirgends gefunden !

hm von den punkten her meinte ich natuerlich... wenn das dc bans sind, sind sie natuerlich zu recht da!

ein offizielles statement gabs vor kurzem... ich poste das mal in einem anderen topic

wär natürlich gut. ich denke einige die oben sind und ne bilanz von x : 0
haben sind mit großer wahrscheinlichkeit washer. klar gibts auch pro gamer,
aber nicht in der menge, gerade bei ner großen anzahl von games fängt man sich
irgendwann mal nen loss ein.
