Zu Punkt 1: Wenn du deine Serial Nummer weitergibst, bist du selber Schuld, da man sie nur für 1 Account im Internet benutzen kann. Solltest du sie aber nicht weitergegeben haben kannst du eine E-Mail an
de-support@ea.com schreiben oder wie folgt vorgehen:

3> Address
4> Email address
5> A photo copy or JPG image of the back of the CD-ROM jewel case showing the missing serial number
6> A photo copy or JPG image of the receipt
7> A photo copy or JPG image of the CD-ROM
8> A note including the customer ID number and the Tech Support Technicians name.
After receiving this information the warranty department will fax or email a new serial number within 2-3 days. (Or any method that is specified.)

Ich denke mal du wirst auch eine neue Nummer kriegen, wenn du sagst das deine eigene nicht im Internet funktioniert
Ein anderer Grund das die Serial Nummer im Internet nicht funktioniert wäre, dass jemand deine Generals CD Hülle aufgemacht hat und sich die Serial Nummer rausgeschrieben hat und wieder zurück gelegt hat. Hab sowas auch schon erlebt und das scheint zur Zeit sehr beliebt zu sein.
