We know about the problem where every time a message comes up there is a ping sound.. We’ll fix in the 1st patch.
There were many improvements to the disconnect code, but there is still one known issue. If you are in a game that ends in a mismatch, you will get a disconnect in your stats. This is as designed and will not be changed.
We believe that we fixed the China Command Center CRC and the Map Hack. These are in Patch 1.7 for Generals.
We are looking into the Radeon card problems, although we are having a hard time replicating them. We tested several Radeon cards and didn’t have any problems, so it must be a specific configuration causing the problems. We are continuing to investigate and will put into the 1st ZH patch if we can reliably duplicate it.
If you are having CD key problems, please contact Customer Support. Development doesn’t deal with CD keys. This If there is a problem, it could be from manufacturing.
Regarding the FMV’s being jerky. We do not load and play the FMV’s at the same time. We play the FMV, then load. To save hard drive space, the FMV’s (Bink movies) are loaded from the disc, not the hard drive. If it is jerky the first time through, try restarting the mission. As with many kinds of videos, the first play-through is sometimes jerky.
