Soundtreiber installieren??

Habe mir soeben den neuesten Soundtreiber für meine C-Media soundkarte gesaugt und wollte den jetzt installieren, allerdings peil ich den Text überhaupt nicht

8738 in Motherboard:
- Line-In an rear speaker output share the same jack
- Line-In and Center/Subwoofer share the same jack
- Microphone and Subwoofer share the same jack
