1. Wieso änderst du dauernd deine interne IP?
2. Du musst generell bei XP nicht neustarten es reicht wenn du die LAN Verbindung (um die es sich handeln wird nehme ich an) mal deaktivierst und wieder aktivierst sollte er es sonst nicht gleich übernehmen. Ansonsten wären halt bissl mehr Infos nicht schlecht. Verwendest du ein Router? Falls ja wieso nutzt du nicht DHCP? Um welche Verbindung handelt es sich bzw. gehts nur um ein "Heimnetzwerk" ? ...
