Command and Conquer… the game that started it all, the game that set the benchmark for all RTS games, the name we all know and love may be getting a sequel.





Yes that’s right a sequel! Word on the internet is that the sequel will be known as Tiberium Twilight and although this had been planned quite a while back this is the first real big news that’s come out about it.

The game will follow up from events of the first two classic C&C games: Command & Conquer and Command & Conquer Tiberium Sun and rumour has it that the game will follow up from the Global Defence Initiative (Cast your mind back to remember) scenario i.e. they won Tiberium Sun. Another rumour states that there might be a third alien race known as the Scrin – They were hinted at in Tiberium Sun with the crashed spaceship. Furthermore, it seems that Earth is now even more ravaged by Tiberium.

Whatever the rumours this could be one of the best sci-fi RTS games ever.

At the time of writing Electronic Arts was unavailable for comment on the above news, however we expect to see an announcement in the press soon.
