( * gla factions can build a war factory for obtaining the radarvan )
Ai players can build as usual
Vehicles can only be obtained via reinforcement pad, crusader crate or by
capturing an AI war factory
Version II update: adjusted techtree for obtaining lotus, burton, strat and prop center
