Just wanted to add that this is a HCI mode progress that enables bluetooth devices to switch transmission modes when not working properly, initialising itself constantly when a "fail transmission" is recognized...
Rebooting, Reinstalling or Rearranging your Bluetooth Setup should fix this Problem, Grüße SC
